1) The DPWH-Marinduque District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 CURRENT (SR2025-09-021702) intends to apply the sum of Php 6,416,080.401 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25EA0097 - Repair / Rehabilitation of Classrooms, Agot ES, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
