The Local Government Unit of General Santos City of General Santos City, through the 20% LDF intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY NINE PESOS AND 20/100 (P 16,166,859.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for 25CW-GSC-002 CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE RECORDS AND WAREHOUSE FACILITIES OF GSO, GENERAL SANTOS CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
