Regional Office, through the GoP intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Five
Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and Seventy Centavos (Php 6,505,946.70) only
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CSP001:
Consultancy Service for the Conduct of Geotechnical Investigation for FY 2025 Projects,
CAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial
