The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Zamboanga del Norte - 4th District Engineering Office, through its Implementing Unit, Planning and Design Section, has received financing (herein called “funds”) from the Government of the Philippines (hereinafter called the “funding source”) towards the cost of the Consultancy Services for the Geotechnical Exploration FY 2025 Flood Control Structure and Multi-Purpose Building Projects.
