1) The DPWH Zamboanga Sibugay 1st District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php1,149,926.66 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CSJI0012- Consulting services for the conduct of geotechnical exploration for the LGU Hospitals, Malangas Infirmary Hospital Zamboanga Sibugay, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
