The Department of Public Works and Highways, Zamboanga del Norte 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (RA 11975) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and Fifty-Three Centavos (Php. 4,999,993.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID 25CSJC01: Geotechnical and Geological Surveys and Investigations for the Proposed FY 2026 Bridge Projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
