1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office IX, through the GOP CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Php2,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study of the Proposed Mangusu-Muti Diversion Road, Zamboanga City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
