1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office IX, through the GOP CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Php1,200,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of Traffic Condition Assessment of Airport-Turno-Sinaman Bypass Road, Zamboanga del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
