1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office No. IV-A, through the SR2025-02-005080 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,999,953.00 inclusive of 5% contingency being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONTRACT ID NO. 25CSDP0001- Pre-Feasibility Study/Feasibility Study/Preliminary and Detailed Engineering (PDE) for FY 2025 and 2026-Soil Investigation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
