1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas II District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CSDE01 - Consulting Services for the Pre-Feasibility Study of San Pedro-Mahacot-Catandala Road (San Pedro Section). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
