1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Aurora District Engineering Office through the Preliminary Detailed Engineering (PDE) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (P 1,680,000.00) be in g the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of Geotechnical Exploration, Aurora Province (25CSCN01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
