Description : Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
1. The DPWH-Isabela Second District Engineering Office, Roxas, Isabela now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consultancy for the conduct of soil testing/exploration of flood control and construction of road projects. Interested consultants must submit their Eligibility Documents on or before November 26, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at DPWH-ISDEO, Procurement Unit, San Antonio, Roxas, Isabela. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion.
2. The BAC shall draw up the short list of consultants from those who have submitted [Expressions of Interest and Eligibility Documents]and have been determined as eligible in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act," and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
