1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office (T2DEO), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 96,499,258.56 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CK0132 - Construction of Revetment Structure along Existing Earth Dike of Bangut Creek, Phase C (Patling Section), Capas, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
