1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office (T2DEO), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 79,199,391.35 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CK0098 - Construction of O-Donnel River Service Road/Bypass Road with Bike Lane Including Concrete of Slope Protection Structure Upstream of Palublub Bridge, Capas, Tarlac, (Package A). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office (T2DEO), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
