1. The DPWH, Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office, through the CY 2025 BEFF
intends to apply the sum of Php8,562,691.92 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CE0340
Construction of 1STY3CL, Ligaya ES, Llanera, Nueva Ecija
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
