1. The DPWH-Nueva Vizcaya 2nd District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱115,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract 25BJ0069: OO1: Ensure Safe and Reliable National Road System - Bridge Program - Widening of Permanent Bridges - Sta. Cruz Br. (B01251LZ) along Nueva Vizcaya-Benguet Rd, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
