The DPWH-Cagayan 2nd District Engineering Office, through the General Appro-priation Act (GAA) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of PHP 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-pair/Maintenance of DILG Building Philippine National Police Allacapan Police Sta-tion Main Building or Contract ID No. 25BC0074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
