The PANGASINAN IV DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 44,100,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection Structure along Angalacan River Bank, Barangay Pias to Barangay Poblacion, Mapandan, Pangasinan/Contract ID No. 25AJ0055 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
