1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office, through the DepEd intends to apply the sum of ₱ 22,737,213.90 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Last Mile Schools Program - Babuyan ES, Infanta, Pangasinan with Contract ID No. 25AG0201. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
