1. The DPWH Pangasinan 1st District Engineering, through the GAA 2025 (GAB) intends to apply the sum of Php 49,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP) - Access Roads and/or Bridges from the National Road/s Leading to Major/ Strategic Public Buildings/ Facilities-Rehabilitation of Roads, Infanta, Pangasinan with Contract ID 25AG0175. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
