The DPWH Pangasinan 1st District Engineering, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php49,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Special Road Fund - Motor Vehicle User's Charge (MVUC) as per R.A. 11239- Installation of Solar LED Street Lights along Pangasinan-Zambales Road K0283 + 460 -K0286 + 951, Dasol, Pangasinan with Contract ID 25AG0169. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
