The DPWH Ilocos Sur Second District Engineering Office through SR2025-02-006140, SR2025-03-007508, SR2025-03-007569 and SR2025-02-006986 intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following projects with corresponding Contract Identification Numbers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
