1) The Department of Public Works and Highways-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office through the BEFF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php12,298,126.95 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25AC0091 - Construction of 2STY4CL, Bantay West Integrated School, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Public Works and Highways-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for 25AC0091 - Construction of 2STY4CL, Bantay West Integrated School, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
