1. The DPWH-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php8,910,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 25AC0051 - CONSTRUCTION/COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDINGS, BANTAY, ILOCOS SUR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
