1. The DPWH-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php1,715,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 25AC0005 - REHABILITATION/RECONSTRUCTION OF ROADS WITH SLIPS, SLOPE PROTECTION AND LANDSLIDES - PRIMARY ROADS, MANILA NORTH RD - K0424+811 - K0424+846, K0435+037 - K0435+187. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
