The Department of Public Works and Highways Ilocos Norte 2nd District Engineering Office through the NEP CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 4,949,998.22 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BIP - MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDINGS/ FACILITIES TO SUPPORT SOCIAL SERVICES, CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, BARANGAY JUAN, SOLSONA, ILOCOS NORTE with Contract ID No. 25AB0049. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
