1. The DPWH - Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 MAINTENANCE FUND intends to apply the sum of PhP 45,172,160.07 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25AA0689: REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT/PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE-SECONDARY ROADS-LAOAG AIRPORT ROAD-K0486+(-622)-K0492+092. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH - Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 151 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
