Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 14,475,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/Improvement of Various Infrastructures in Support of National Security (Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad Program - TIKAS) - Construction of Police Regional Office 1, Regional Headquarters, Camp Bgen Oscar M Florendo, Parian, San Fernando City, La Union, Phase VI with Contract ID No. 25A00259 (Rebid 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
