Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 9,650,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/ Improvement of Access Roads leading to Declared Tourism Destinations (Tourism Road Infrastructure Program - TRIP) - Vigan Boardwalk Road leading to the Heritage Village, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur with Contract ID No. 25A00213. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
