Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 24,125,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/ Improvement of Access Roads leading to Trades, Industries and Economic Zones (Roads Leveraging Linkages for Industry and Trade Infrastructure Program - ROLL-IT) - Poblacion Sur-Sorioan-Lucbuban-Ubbog-Baybayading Road connecting Candon-Salcedo-San Emilio Del Pilar National Road in support of the Cacao Processing Center and Cacao Plantation, Salcedo, Ilocos Sur with Contract ID No. 25A00195. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 110 calendar days.
