Budget and Management (MFBM) under the GAAB 2025, intends to apply the sum
Php 8,468,100.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Installation of Solar Street Lights, Brgy. Tapodoc Tugunan, Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
