Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the DOTr Downloaded CY 2016 intends to apply the sum TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO MILLION NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS AND 41/100 CENTAVOS ONLY (Php 222,098,961.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING (PHASE I) AT OZAMIZ AIRPORT (RE-BID)- (Bid No. 25-76-09 ALPHA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE (555) Calendar Days inclusive of TEN (10) RAINY/UNWORKABLE DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
