Description : 1. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES (CAAP), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-five Million Two Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-one Pesos and 48/100 (Php65,237,451.48) for the First Year only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR CAAP AREA XII UNDER A THREE (3)-YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT- BID NO. 25-74-09 BRAVO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CAAP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project (see details in the attached Terms of Reference). Delivery of the Services is required for a period of three (3) years. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years (CY 2022 to present) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
