Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines through the Department of Transportation Downloaded Fund under the General Appropriations Act FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand and Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and Eighty-One Centavos (Php 18,817,784.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase / Installation of PAPI 04 System and Other Works at Bukidnon Airport with BID NO. 25-42-07 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days upon receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
