1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the APP CY 2025 (COB)
intends to apply the sum of SIXTY-SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN AND 47/100 PESOS
(PHP66,456,287.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for BORONGAN AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
(IMPROVEMENT OF LANDSIDE AREA, EXPANSION OF APRON, AND EXTENSION
OF RUNWAY) (Bid No. 25-23-04 ALPHA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY
(450) CALENDAR DAYS (INCLUSIVE OF TWETY-THREE (23) RAINY/UNWORKABLE
DAYS). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The

particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
