Description : The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), through the CAAP Corporate
Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (PHP
1,572,130.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COLORED YMCKK RIBBON,
TRANSFER FILM CLEAR AND PRE-PRINTED PVC (CR-80) CARDS FOR THE USE OF LCD
DEPT. (Bid No. 25-21-04 BRAVO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF COLORED YMCKK RIBBON, TRANSFER FILM CLEAR AND PRE
PRINTED PVC (CR-80) CARDS FOR THE USE OF LCD DEPT.
3. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years, a single contract that is
similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in
Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
