The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES (CAAP), through the CAAP
Corporate Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE H UN D R ED FIFTY
MILLION PESOS (Php350,000,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the
contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Safety
Oversight Management System for the Civil Aviation Authority of the
Philippines including the Software and Hardware Components. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Eighty (180)
Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
