Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines through the Corporate Operating
Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Six Hundred
Five Thousand and Three Hundred Thirty-Nine and 45/100 (Php 21,605,339.45)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
for Purchase/Installation of APAPI System and Other Works at Baguio Airport
with Bid No. 25-18-03 ALPHA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred
Ten (210) Calendar Days upon receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders
should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using
non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised
