  Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the CAAP CONTINGENCY FUND
  CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine
  Thousand Fifty pesos only (Php 7,729,050.00), being the Approved Budget for the
  Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
  ASSESSMENT, REVIEW AND RECERTIFICATION OF VARIOUS STRUCTURES AT
  LAGUINDINGAN AIRPORT (Bid No. 25-14-03 BRAVO). Bids received in excess of the
  ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
  2. The CAAP now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for STRUCTURAL
  ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT, REVIEW AND RECERTIFICATION OF VARIOUS
  STRUCTURES AT LAGUINDINGAN AIRPORT. Eligibility documents of interested
  consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before March 21,
  2025 @ 9:30 AM at BAC Office, CAAP Compound, MIA Road corner Ninoy Aquino
  Avenue, 1300 Pasay City, Metro Manila. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated
  based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
