Description : 1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY2026 (EPA-Early Procurement Activity), intends to apply the sum of Php424,829,677.69 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid No. 25-108 -11 Bravo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CAAP now invites bids for the for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the contract duration of 480 calendar days. Bidders shall provide proof (e.g. certification issued by airport authority) that the offered equipment have been installed in three (3) different countries other than the country of origin where the offered equipment is manufactured; and, the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the offered ADS-B equipment shall have been in the manufacturing business of ADS-B equipment for at least the last ten (10) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
