The Local Government Unit of Alamada, through the 8717-3.1.1-5-02-99-030 intends to apply the sum of P 175,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25-07-744 Purchase of Meals and Snacks for the different activities of the Gender and Tourism Development Project under OMToCA, Alamada, Cotabato.

1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
