1. The Province of Cebu through the 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR PESOS AND 00/100 (Php14,808,424.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING/IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LAMBUSAN (ROAD GOING TO ST. MICHAEL ARCHANGEL PARISH CHURCH) BARANGAY ROAD SECTION WITH SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT SAN REMIGIO, CEBU. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its BCONCRETING/IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LAMBUSAN (ROAD GOING TO ST. MICHAEL ARCHANGEL PARISH CHURCH) BARANGAY ROAD SECTION WITH SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT SAN REMIGIO, CEBU under Advertisement No. 25-026RB.
