Description : The Department of Education, Southville 1 Elementary School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement for the “Delivery of Supplies for Graduation” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
