I.The Local Government of Madalum through the 2025 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION and NINE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (php 19,940,000) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) at Brgy. Salongabanding to Brgy. Abaga, Madalum, lanao del sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
II.The Municipal Government of Madalum, Lanao del sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder Advertisement No. 25-005:
