The Department of Public Works and Highways Central Office, through the GAA, FY 2024 (RA 11975) intends to apply the sum of PHP 149,991,310.67 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24Z00027, General Santos City Underpass (Mabuhay-Bulaong Road and Digos-Makar Road Intersection), South Cotabato (Package 5). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Central Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
