1. The Republic of the Philippines has received/applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in joint co-financing with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) towards the cost of Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge (BCIB) Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Contract Package 3 and 5 (CP3 and 5): Construction of North Marine Viaduct and North Channel Bridge with High-Level Approaches (“the Works”).
