1. The DPWH, Negros Oriental 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2024 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 109,045,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION / RECONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD WITH ROAD SAFETY DEVICES AND ROAD SAFETY STRUCTURES - TERTIARY ROADS ALONG MABINAY-AYUNGON ROAD K0130+597 - K0130+837 (L/S), AYUNGON, NEGROS ORIENTAL with Contract ID No. 24RG0162. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
