The DPWH-Lower Kalinga District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP 48,250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24PL0139 - Installation and Furnishing of Safety Device Solar Street Light along Balacang Street and Ipil to Lapog, Tabuk City, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
