The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS - ZAMBOANGA CITY 2ND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the GOP CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php9,650,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24JA0170- CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE ROAD AT FAUSTINO DRIVE, BARANGAY MAMPANG, ZAMBOANGA CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
