1. The DPWH Regional Office IX through the GOP CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php48,250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24J00300. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
